A real address, read by the people who build it
There is no support desk and no ticket queue, because there are not enough of us to need one. What that means in practice is that whatever you send is read by somebody who can actually answer it.

Everything except the organisation is needed. The topic decides who reads it first.
What this stores: your name, your email, the topic, the organisation if you gave one, and what you wrote, against the day it arrived. What it does not store, in keeping with the rest of this site: no IP address, no user agent, no referrer, no tracking, and no time more precise than a day. Nothing is passed to anybody else, and asking us to delete it is enough.

Who you are dealing with
Verus is operated by Verus Communications Ltd, which is the company you would be contracting with and the data controller named in the privacy policy. It is built and powered by Confrmo Ltd, a separate and independent company, which also runs the identity service the app can call. The two are not in a group.

A registered office is where a company is registered and where documents are served. It is not an office you can visit, and it is not where the work happens. Both are listed so neither is mistaken for the other.
