Verus will be at Web Summit Lisbon 2026
The team will be in Lisbon for all four days, showing Verus working on real devices and meeting operators, investors and partners.
Verus, the private calling and messaging app that does not need a phone number, will be at Web Summit in Lisbon from 9 to 12 November 2026.
The team will be in Lisbon for all four days, showing the app working on real devices and meeting telecoms operators, investors and partners who want private communication that can still prove who is on the other end when it matters.
What Verus is. Verus is a private messenger first. Messages and calls are encrypted from the first one, and nobody has to hand over a phone number to use it. When a conversation needs more than privacy, such as a payment, an agreement or a first contact with somebody new, Verus can confirm the real person on the other end through Confrmo, without making that the price of joining.
Verus is available now for Android on Google Play and for Mac, with iPhone to follow. It is backed by fifteen UK patent applications, every one of them listed on the patents page.
Meet Verus in Lisbon. To arrange a meeting or a demonstration during the event, use the contact form or write to hello@verusapp.co.uk. Verus can be downloaded from the download page.
